"99 Cent Watercolors" was exactly that: watercolor from a 99-cent kit I found at the local everything store over black ink. Not too surprisingly, the colors were weak, and left a thick chalky residue over the ink. On 150 lb Canson Artist Series Illustration Paper, 8.5" x 7.5".
