No, I squished it and flushed it. :|

Did you eat the scorpions?

There was a big (by Seattle standards) black spider lurking in my bathtub today--that actually hadn't happened to me before. Good thing I was in bathroom cleaning mode and not just jumping in there in the altogether without looking.

Uhhhh...

Today, I discovered an enormous hairy spider sitting in the bathtub. I also discovered that I scream like a girl and pee a little bit when I am truly terrified. FML

I suppose if you managed to hit the spider with it then that could be helpful!

Ben! I was in Seattle all last week for the first time ever and I thought "Hrm, I wonder if I'll run into Rarebit around here somewhere" but apparently it was not meant to be.

Sad face.

Dang! It was super-hot last week (for Seattle) and I stayed inside with the windows all open but it was still hot. =p

Lol that was funny Ebola.

And you dont actually eat the scorpions Ben, you just kind of slide them to the back of your throat while they are still alive to clense the pallet.

Pah-lease. I'm from Houston and I occasionally had to put my jacket on. :P

Gorgeous area, though. It doesn't get too hot but it also doesn't get too cold- what more could you ask for? I'd totally move there if I had the chance.

Yeah! Over the holidays it snowed oh six or ten inches or something, and stayed below freezing for a week, and the entire city was pretty much at a standstill that whole time. We have like two snowplows; oh and no salt, because they thought that was bad for the environment, so they sprinkled *sand* around on some streets, which didn't help at all.

Usually in winter I can leave my two PS3s folding and they keep my tiny apartment pretty warm. I gotta turn them off when it gets hot in the summer though. =p
