I got fiber internet today! I can upload 20x faster now than I could with my ol' cable internet—and at just 2/3rds the price (although it's a "deal" so we'll see what new "deal" they decide to give me in 6 months : P). But! Although speed tests showed the new speed, uploads to YouTube were only going about 2x speed (20 Mbps rather than 200—although my plan is technically supposed to be 100). Turns out, the slow upload speed is a browser bug Firefox has known about for years! To fix the problem, I just had to
 
"Set 'network.http.http3.enable' to false in about:config and restart the browser"
