| | | Dumped from the Steam version of The Disney Afternoon Collection using the game-extraction-toolbox and run in the emulator Mesen. Darkwing Duck is a waddle and gun. Or a dangle and gun. It's so laggy and slow. The enemies in stage 1 feel super-generic. Why robot turtles? DD was my favorite cartoon and this feels like torture. |

| | | | Separate from the TG16 Darkwing Duck released the same year, 1992; that one was developed by Interactive Designs--bought later that year by Sega and made the awful Eternal Champions fighting game (see entry 1454) for them the next year and is amazingly far worse than the NES/Capcom DD, with horribly laggy movement and nonsensical stages. |
