| | | Abandoned Steam game. Hi-score server is down. After installing from Steam, you have to download another 600 MB to get to the main menu. Then you have to download another 600 MB to get into the table.
It's a hi-res version of the old Pro Pinball: Timeshock (see entry 209). It looks kinda nice and the physics seem okay, if rather slow after Pro mode of Pinball FX with its steep table tilt (see entry 1610). Control mapping is oddly limited so I made a DS4Windows (see entry 1761) profile to map my DualSense to the keyboard defaults. 'p'
There's a virtual operator's menu but you can't adjust table tilt. You can turn off the match sequence, at least.
But other than looking nice it's a bland and generic table and the sound is super-bland. I'm gonna ask Steam for a refund. |
