| | | Trying out "IGS Classic Arcade Collection" from Steam, in Windows. Using the LumaSharpen filter in ReShade to combat the collection's blurriness. ; P 0:00 - ReShade w/ LumaSharpen 0:54 - menus & overlays 4:35 - Video Settings 8:58 - Martial Masters 18:49 - Knights of Valour Super Heroes 22:16 - Knights of Valour Plus 23:44 - Knights of Valour 2 27:05 - Oriental Legend 30:23 - Oriental Legend Spooky 33:05 - The Gladiator 38:02 - Demon Front 39:52 - wrap! My refund request to Steam was "Seems to run at only 30 fps, can't turn off the blurry graphics filters, the sound is very muted, and the games themselves are mostly rip-offs of much better Capcom games that are themselves on Steam." Master Huang and Drunk Master in Martial Masters seem pretty cool but the other characters don't feel like they got the same level of development put into them. I might have kept the collection just for them though--nice backgrounds in that game, too--but the flashing/flickering VFX aren't something my eyeballs can handle long-term. Dynasty Wars and Warriors of Fate (Tenchi wo Kurau series) are the Capcom beat em ups I was trying to think of--the Knights of Valour games are trying really hard to be them, like Martial Masters is trying to be Street Fighter III. IGS Co. Ltd. was a Taiwanese arcade game developer. This collection was published by South Korean company H2 Interactive Co., Ltd. |
