Front end for emulator "cores." Kind of a pain to use the menus but once you get it set you can do the right aspect ratios and (preset once you load up the right sheet) cheat codes and so forth. It's well regarded on https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Sega_Genesis_emulators for instance and some emulators only exist as cores for it, like Genesis Plus GX Wide. |
