I've been bad and let myself get sucked into working out how to compile code for an old roguelike adventure game in three different operating environments today instead of getting the drawing for the next page done. Argh. So, drawing tomorrow.

NASA's DART impactor succeeded in its test of moving an asteroid to a much greater degree than had been anticipated: this AP news article says "Scientists had anticipated shaving off 10 minutes, but Nelson said the impact shortened the asteroid's orbit by 32 minutes." And adds "'Let's all just kind of take a moment to soak this in ... for the first time ever, humanity has changed the orbit' of a celestial body, noted Lori Glaze, NASA's director of planetary science."
