Well some kind of overly ambition drawing went on again here that I'll probably overwork when I try to paint it on Monday; I seem to be enjoying leaving myself in suspense all weekend. Anyway here's an ink sketch I got to send to a reader via Patreon! Is that weekend frustration I see in her eyes? ]_]

Added 1 new A* page:Always a bit of a conflict between doing things painty and doing things liney. Liney has been winning lately. You miss some fun things paint does but it's probably easier to read. That's the way it wants to go for now, anyway!

Bleh well here it's 10:00 pm and I'm covered in eraser shavings so I guess I'm not going to get to the painting of this next page today. It's the start of a new scene and it's been 23 episodes since I drew Selenis in this type of get-up so I guess I had some rust to work through!

Today my YouTube gaming channel, smbhax 2000, hit 1000 subscriptions. Thank you to all my lovely subscribers! : ) If you too want to hear me mutter into a microphone while AI beats me up in various games, well, that's what goes on there. = oo
If you want a weird old game to play for free through that web browser, there's Valhalla MUD, an online multiplayer text-based RPG originally launched in 1991 by computer science students at the University of Copenhagen. For the first quest, you can buy some bread for this weird guy hanging out near the start point. Then you find your way through a forest and a city to get him some water. Then something about taking care of a goblin or something plaguing his cousin's farm...I didn't get that far. = o Anyway I seem to like the idea of typing to accomplish great feats, I wonder why that is.

Added 1 new A* page:What would the non-face-covering head part of a bodysuit be called? Best I was able to come up with was "hood." "Cowl" sounded better in my head but according to Wikipedia that's a larger garment...hm that does include a "hood," so maybe "hood" is as close as I can get. (Maybe "cowl" was just in my head from reading Batman comics or something...but his thing covers his eyes, so that's kind of different anyway.)
"Headpiece" also occurred to me but again upon looking it up that doesn't seem quite... Hm well it would sort of work, maybe; but it looks like it usually means something fairly different in terms of head coverage.

Where's the dystopianism? This doesn't seem right somehow! Is capitalism back to being a force for good? Do things just get better with time? It's too weird! (I mean, I like it and hope it sticks! It's just that pretty much nothing has worked out for the better for years now, so this seems really strange. = o)

Got the pencils done but it's super late and I'm feeling woozy (but the 300 lb paper took the real beating! ; D) so the rest will have to wait until Monday. Only got three new pages up this week then which is not great, maybe they didn't come out too badly, at least.

^ The page hours earlier, when I thought I was done, before a slight misalignment of Selenis' eyes got me picking away at them until I had eventually repainted her face half a dozen times along with a good chunk of the surrounding page. = P
At first I thought her further eye was off—the one to our left—but that wasn't actually the problem; can you spot it? It's that her nearer eye, the one to our right, is slightly too far over toward her ear. Just slightly. I've caught myself doing this from time to time, I think maybe because subconsciously I want the eye to be more front and center to the camera. It isn't noticeable at all unless there's a second eye trying to line up with it.
This one was *barely* off and I should have let it be, of course, but this is a problem I have, and why I usually end up blotting out one or the other of her eyes. .P If I could just get comfortable with the charming inaccuracy of cartoon eyes I would get a lot more sleep!
